We are looking for someone with a strong media and advertising foundation; well versed in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Campaign Manager, planning and executing all media strategies. Our ideal candidate thrives on data and is adept at using it to craft the highest performing campaigns possible. We’re seeking someone who is well organized, attentive to detail, and most importantly is as passionate as the rest of our team is about driving results and building stronger brands.

We seek a data‑driven buyer to launch and optimize paid social, setting up pixels, structuring campaigns, scaling winning creatives, and reporting on cost per result and ROAS with strong experiment hygiene. Responsibilities include launching and managing paid campaigns on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, and YouTube. This is an unpaid internship program.

Design, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and X (Twitter) to drive qualified traffic and engagement.

Drive growth at speed—fill cohorts, pack workshops, and scale our paid community. Consistently hit full capacity before each start date with a clear acquisition strategy. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and emerging platforms to fill courses and workshops. Design direct-paid Discord campaigns with compelling offers and urgency. Experiment & Optimize by running A/B tests, analyze data, and apply insights to scale successful strategies.

Bring 5+ years of proven media buying experience with a successful track record in e-commerce and B2B marketing. Showcase strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and cross-channel campaign management. Illustrate in-depth understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics . Demonstrate proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation for performance optimization.
